Return Policy
Studio360 by Dorkofikis always wants your perfect service. Above all, we want our customers to always be happy and satisfied with their purchases, for this reason we follow a flexible return policy, always in accordance with the existing legislation and the conditions of the companies/manufacturers of our products.
If the product you received is defective or if it is different from the one you have chosen, we will replace it with the one you really want, as long as the following are met:
General terms
- Product returns can be accepted within 10 working days from the date of receipt.
- The product must have been purchased from our company and must have remained sealed and in the condition in which it was delivered.
- Under no circumstances can a product that is not in its original condition be accepted.
- In case of a return, the cost of cash on delivery, as well as the cost of the courier, are not calculated in the amount. In the case of a refund, where possible, the cost of cash on delivery and courier will be deducted, if any, and the refund will only concern the cost of the products. In case of replacement and if the reason for replacement concerns a defective product or the wrong code, the cost of reshipment is borne by the company.

- · Returns are only accepted if the product is defective or the code is incorrect.
- · There is no possibility of refund or replacement for any other reason.

For products that are manufactured in special dimensions after consultation with the customer, there is no possibility of returning or replacing the items unless the product shows a defect. In this case, the store will be contacted to carry out quality control and resolve the problem.
